Beyond our expectation! Great location, close to airport. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to souk, Garden Majorelle, and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and spacious suite. Fine view from balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food with breakfast variations. Fine spa with high-quality treatments.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything possibly needed in Marrakech. It is also conveniently located between the famous Jamea al Fenna and the lively souq. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with luxurious amenities, including a jacuzzi and Moroccan soap. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, such as indoor and outdoor heated pools, a spa with scented steam rooms, and a beautiful garden.

There were a few instances of unhelpful or inattentive staff.

Thoroughly spoiled by amazing staff, comfy bed with crisp bedding, well-equipped bathroom and fluffy towels. Beautiful gardens and pools, fantastic service at the pool bar. Highly recommend the Tuna Nicoise Salad. Top 5 hotel worldwide!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff took great care of us and even made an effort to make my husband's birthday special. The hotel had beautiful surroundings with a view of the pool and lush gardens. The room was spacious and well-maintained with a large bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The breakfast selection was very nice and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, being next door to a casino and close to both the Medina old town and the mountain of positive reviews for this city.

This hotel gives a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a great indoor swimming pool and sauna. the swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the full body massage was one of the best we have ever had. the garden area was beautiful, providing a peaceful and serene environment. the restaurant offered delicious food, served right at our table.

The only minor issue was that the breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options. Despite that, the in-room breakfast was great and offered private facilities exclusive to our room.

This hotel is in a great location close to the city center. The beautiful gardens add to the relaxing atmosphere, and there are three pools to enjoy, including a heated one. The staff is always ready to help and tip for everything. The rooms are exquisitely handcrafted and very comfortable, with familiar creature comforts like a coffee machine. The service is attentive and professional, making for a luxurious experience.

The breakfast can become a little uninspiring after a few days.

The staff were friendly and cute, greeting us with traditional Moroccan tea and cookies upon arrival. The lobby and interior of the hotel were fine, with high ceilings, exquisite tile walls, and luxurious stone and marble decor. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with beautiful gardens, tall palm trees, and a amazing pool. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that had a luxurious tub and a separate shower with a rain fixture. The walk-in closet was a nice bonus, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surrounding gardens.
